Service Level Agreements

 

NML manages its payment testing service provision through Service Level Agreements with each of its clients. These are bespoke, allowing the incorporation of unique service requirements into the agreement if required. The SLA provides a source of reference for both the client and for NML in ensuring that the specific requirements for the client are being fulfilled. SLA's are updated regularly to ensure they remain in line with changing client needs.
